The End User License Agreement (this document) below applies to all components of the skele system including, but not limited to, skelekey.com, member merchants, merchant skele terminals, and referred to below as the “skele system”; The agreement also applies to Skele, inc., referred to hereafter as "skele"".

User Agrees:

• Failing to go to locations to pick up reserved items within the pickup window (7 days) will result in the item being returned to stock, and the member’s payment method refunded minus a restocking fee of 5% of the order total (minimum $2.00) (to prevent abuse).


• If the member goes to pick up the item in the agreed upon time frame and then decides they do not want items, a full refund for the items “returned” will be issued.


• Not to dissemble, reverse engineer, or maliciously interact with the skele system, or use it for any other purpose than it’s designed intent - local shopping and purchasing.


• Not to “game” the system by manipulating any perceived weakness for anything of value.


• That an account or assets (such as coupons, rewards, or store credit) in the skele system does not infer any value, real or perceived, outside of their intended use in the skele system.


• That membership and it's associated account in the system exists and is in effect on an “at will” basis. It can be terminated by skele or user without cause at any time without reason.


• Only enter payment types which the users is legally allowed to access.


• Reasonably be available for items delivered to residence or retrieve items within a reasonable amount of time, if courier leaves at predetermined delivery location.


• Treat skele merchants with respect, and not engage in any interactions that could be perceived as unwanted, to include the use of profanity, disregarding merchants reasonable rules or requests, violence of any kind, or any sort of offensive or untoward behavior, and in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.


• Violations of any of these clauses can result in temporary or permanent suspension of account, and, if warranted, referral to proper authorities.
